The Discovery Princess cruise ship has made Sydney Australia her home port for the '2025/2026 Summer Cruise Season.’ The ship sailed into Circular Quay on Saturday 6th December 2025, and I'm excited to announce that I will be among one of the first to sail on board the ship for my 2026 South Australian Voyage.
The massive
143,000 gross tone ship is the final 'Royal Class cruise ship' to be built for
#princesscruises. Built in 2021, and launched in 2022; the Discovery
Princess is the sister ship to the Majestic Princess, (with a few key
differences). The newest ship in the Princess Fleet contains:
- 19 Decks,
- 1830 staterooms,
- 3660 Passengers, and
- 1346 Crew members.
